I think the “No B.S. Spiritual Book Club” is a wonderful idea. Imagine all the time that people sometimes waste reading books that promise the moon but say nothing new. Instead, if you page through a few of these Ten Best lists, you’ll soon find enough titles to last for months of enlightening reading.
My own focus is upon spiritual metaphysics, a term that I use to describe the search for clarity in understanding how the Creator designed the universe. It’s a top-down approach to science rather than limiting my view to just the physical. More widely, topics that I find fascinating include subtle healing energies, life in higher realms, and how to help bring peace and joy into the world. Each weekend, I send out a spiritually inspiring article to my free newsletter list at InfiniteBeing.com.
I recommend all the books on my Top Ten list to seekers of quality information. Be aware that those books which document predictions for the future – ones which were valid at the time – should be viewed in the light of changing timelines. We live in rapidly changing times and, despite challenges and outer appearances, the future does keep getting brighter and brighter.
In 2002, he founded the InfiniteBeing.com website, defining Infinite Being as a descriptive name for the consciousness present within all things. His first book was published in 2005, popularizing the term The Shift to describe the revolution in consciousness since the 1960s.
He also coined the term spiritual metaphysics as the study of the science of the Creator and later defined the Law of Creation in its most concise form. In 2007, he was honored when an ascended master entrusted him to spread the answer to what had been the greatest spiritual mystery of all time, the reason WHY the universe was created.
In 2023, he recognized that the long-awaited New Enlightenment had dawned and revealed how its superconscious attributes will lead to a transformation from the interim chaos into an age of creative abundance.

My 10 Best
(in no particular order)
Mass Dreams of the Future
by Chet Snow
In the early 1980s, the book Mass Dreams of the Future revealed how humanity will live after The Shift reaches its climactic upgrade of life on planet Earth. This book details the results of a research project that was undertaken where hundreds of seminar attendees were hypnotically progressed into the future to see what their lives would be like in the time period 2100 – 2500 AD. Author Chet Snow summarized the results of this research project, which he conducted along with past lives expert Helen Wambach.
Of those subjects reporting that they are to be physically incarnate in those future time periods, the researchers found that the information correlated remarkably well into certain categories. These showed common themes in the different living environments viewed in those future incarnations, including:
1. New Age-types who lived an ecological lifestyle in harmony with the Earth.
2. In-space dwellers and people who lived on other planets.
3. A world of dome-covered cities. In sharp contrast to the green earth of the first category, this was a world where people lived under domes that offered protection against an unbreathable outside atmosphere until terraforming made the outside world habitable and farmable.
Where will you live and explore in future lives? Perhaps your dreams will tell you more.
Journey of Souls
by Michael Newton
Probing far deeper than just near-death experiences or past life recall, Michael Newton discovered extensive new information about life in the afterlife. Most fascinating are his findings on the nature of soul families and how souls select their future incarnations by directly viewing how each set of possibilities could unfold.
“Journey of Souls” is the record of many people who hypnotically recalled their experiences between physical deaths. The book movingly describes how it feels to die, what you see and feel right after death, and what it’s like to reunite with your soul family and recall the many experiences you have shared with them in countless lives.
This book also touches on when and where you first learn to recognize soul mates while still living on Earth. It certainly gives you a better understanding of the immortality of the human soul and a greater sense of purpose in meeting day-to-day challenges.
Far Journeys
by Robert Monroe
“Far Journeys” goes beyond Robert Monroe’s original book, “Journeys Out of the Body,” to reveal his enthralling excursions out of the body and into other realms of consciousness. At his Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences in the United States, he developed a revolutionary sound wave process which facilitates out-of-body experiences.
This enables people to make controlled journeys similar to those of the author, reporting back verbally at every point along the way. This book includes many transcripts of past reports, describing in fascinating yet objective detail their travels in time and space, the extraordinary experiences of freedom and discovery that they come to take for granted, and the profound significance of these journeys for mankind as a whole.
As a surprise bonus, this book also reveals life from the perspective of soul-realm galactic explorers who visit Earth as tourists examining our reincarnation cycle of living alternately in the physical realm and spirit realms before reconnecting with our soul families to plan another excursion into physical experience.
The Field
by Lynn McTaggart
“The Field” is a book of hope and inspiration for today’s world of leading-edge science discoveries. Lynne McTaggart is an investigative journalist who reveals that the human mind and body are not distinct and separate from their environment but are constantly interacting with a global field of consciousness.
This book sheds light on subtle energies such as the etheric life energy involved in acupuncture and homeopathy and its presence in the zero point field. The power of healing through intention is revealed and remote viewing is examined as a way to gain information from any place and any time – past, present, or likely future.
The best thing I like about this book is that it specifies the perfect name – The Field – for what used to be called, “the aether.” Over a century ago, an experiment declared that the aether – a universal medium supporting the travel of light waves – did not exist. That was unfortunate as it does exist! Now, it’s back again under a new name, called the Higgs Field.
Using the term, “The Field”, to describe the subtle magnetic fabric of space is elegant in its simplicity and avoids some current-day confusion. Healing energies like “chi” or “life force” are also referred to as “etheric energy”, and therein lies the confusion – “etheric energy” traveling through “the aether”, but the two things are quite different. The Field acts as the carrier medium for the electric, etheric and mental energies that pass though it.
The Prism of Lyra
by Lyssa Royal (1989)
Finally, a true and balanced history of humankind, not just on Earth, but throughout the galaxy! Lyssa Royal and her sources have impeccable credentials, so the information is reliable. Her presentation style is one of a spiritual diplomat, always informing and revealing, but never judging.
In this galaxy, human life began millions of years ago in the constellation of Lyra. From there, varieties of humans spread out to a star called Vega while a nonphysical angelic version populated the Arcturus region with the intention of watching over the needs of physical humans. Later ventures led to the Sirius star system becoming home to a variety of human beings. A peace-loving group of Lyrans branched out into adapting to life on planet Earth and then, when other Lyran groups arrived, they left and chose the Pleiades as their new home.
The series of dramas between empire builders and spiritual seekers is vivid and it stirs many a soul memory of lives in other times and places. Today we are experiencing the final stages of integration, of coming home to our true selves and activating the enormous creative potential built into our multi-cultural DNA.
The Elves of Lily Hill Farm: A Partnership With Nature by Penny Kelly
In this book, nature spirits are revealed for all readers who have ever wondered about these invisible friends in the fields. It tells the gripping story about how Penny Kelly and her husband purchased a dilapidated farm and, with the help of the local nature spirits, restored the soil and the vineyard. They learned through trial and error how to communicate with the elves. The job of nature spirits is to maintain the physical forms of plants, so they can tell you exactly how to enhance plant health and growth.
The farm now grows fruits, vegetables, herbs, and grains in a truly magical setting, all the while adding to knowledge about this vital aspect of sustainable agriculture.
Reading this book brought back fond memories of a nature spirit that I met back in 1998 when I was visiting the latest crop circles in England. My wife and I had checked into a hotel and, wandering outside near the back of the hotel, we noticed a wooded area that felt enchanted. It was very close to the hotel’s recently built structure and we wondered if it bothered the nature spirits to be so close to human activity.
Next morning, my wife said, “They were up here last night, visiting our room.” I figured they must have recognized that here were humans who might be able to help and I already knew what was likely to be bothering them. Studying a local map, I saw that there was a big expanse of private woodland not too far away.
We resolved to ask them if they’d like us to show them the way to a new woodland home, to which they agreed. Two years later, we returned and assessed the local elf population. Hotel: Nil. Woodlands: Lots of excited nature spirits. Who would have known we could help like that? All it took was being open to their feelings and knowing that they can read your thoughts.
Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants in Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins
This book opened the doorway to the wisdom of the superconscious mind through the use of kinesiology, which is a muscle testing technique for obtaining yes/no answers. Hawkins created and calibrated a frequency map of the human mind, one which should rightfully be called, “The Hawkins Scale of Consciousness.”
His research over the years proved conclusively the same thing that theoretical physics is beginning to say, that everything in the universe is connected. With kinesiology, he confirmed that whatever question is asked, if there is an answer to that question somewhere in the universe, then that answer will become yours. Assigning the numbers one to infinity as the possible range of consciousness levels, he soon found that the power of consciousness at higher levels is exponential compared to regular levels. He discovered that a global average of 200 or more is necessary to sustain life on this planet without it sinking into eventual self-destruction.
Noting the exponential power of higher levels of consciousness, he tested the levels of 300, 400, and then 500, which is the level of spiritual consciousness. At this level, unconditional love and unconditional forgiveness become alive and well in a person’s reality. Here, at 500 on the scale, one person counterbalances 750,000 people who are below the 200 level. When a person has practiced meditation long and diligently enough to attain bliss consciousness at the 600 level, they are, at that moment, counterbalancing 10 million people below the 200 level! Now you can see why the presence of lightworkers on earth make such a difference to the growth and safekeeping of everyone on the planet.
The Ultimate Time Machine
by Joseph McMoneagle
“The Ultimate Time Machine: A Remote Viewer’s Perception of Time, and Predictions for the Future” is Joe McMoneagle’s 1998 collection of predictions for the future as seen in his extensive remote viewing sessions. Joe is an outstanding remote viewer who honed his natural skill while serving in an experimental ‘psychic spy’ project with the U.S. Army and then working with the Stanford Research Institute for several years. After that, he worked in a consciousness-development lab with astral projection pioneer Robert Monroe. Today, long after Monroe’s passing, Joe McMoneagle is an active remote viewing trainer at the Monroe Institute.
In the book, he sheds light on the nature of time, on how we can we change our past as well as our future, and how we often slip between alternate timelines. He delivers a detailed picture of our immediate future through the year 2075 with specifics on population, aging, religious fragmentation, lifestyle changes, technological developments, and positive changes to customs and culture. He even presents an encouraging, remote-viewed vision of life in the year 3000.
Joe was bold enough to give dates for predicted events but, in fairness, it should be noted that accurate timing is the most challenging aspect of remote viewing. Also, major decisions made after a prediction can change a specific future and, therefore, invalidate a prediction. Overall, I see this book as a most enlightening source of the bright future that is in store for all of us.
Spiral Dynamics
by Don Beck and Christopher Cowan
A keenly insightful social scientist, Clare W. Graves (1914-86), identified the historical phases of social progress within civilization. This led him to the realization that, today, humankind is preparing for a momentous leap, one which would be a mega-change within society and would dwarf all previous changes. After his passing, two of his students published his research in their book, “Spiral Dynamics,” taking his theory even further by drawing from the science of Memetics, the study of memes or cultural patterns of thought.
So far, eight different memes have been identified and analyzed as stages in the development of society from its primitive beginnings up to the present time. The first six memes start with basic survival, then progress through stages of the formation of clans for safety, finding the courage to explore, establishing order, striving for constant security, and, finally, forming caring communities. The momentous leap takes society into the next two documented memes – responsible freedom, and intuitive development with a global viewpoint.
If there are six memes in the basic set, then the higher set will also contain six memes. This led to my being able to define the yet-unidentified higher memes in my book, “The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness.” I brought the twelve potential memes of Spiral Dynamics together with the twelve faces of the major chakras and their related twelve musical notes in the C octave to be able to predict the future stages of the evolution of human consciousness.
The Revival: Path to a New Earth/New Human by Penny Kelly
I’m a great fan of Penny Kelly’s monthly “Look-See” psychic predictions. She gained the ability to clearly see what lies ahead in our future after a series of kundalini-awakening experiences.
In “The Revival,” her latest book released in 2022, Penny displays her innate wisdom for the changes that are needed as people seek to build a better world in this time of awakening to higher cosmic energies. As the Aquarian Age influence intensifies and the structures that used to guarantee support for society struggle to survive, we are reminded that a brave new world requires contributions and creative attention from everyone.
Add in the fact that one day, probably in a few short years, the climactic event of The Shift will have occurred, transforming all matter into a higher frequency of existence. After this long-awaited event, people will begin to recognize that their innate perceptive abilities are suddenly flowering and that their creative abilities have moved into high gear.
As this inspiring book says, “a new world is being born and those who want to survive and thrive will have to become new humans. The paradigm shift now occurring on our planet is one of major proportions, one in which every aspect of life is changing. The task now in front of us will be to come together in conversations, take responsibility for our lives, assess the reality we have been living in for many years, and navigate the changes with our eyes on the future.”
Penny presents stunning insights into what new structures are needed in every sector of life – “from food, education, governance, and medicine to science, the arts, technology, and our view of the planet and solar system. These are the times to seize the day, make new decisions, try new things, introduce new thinking, and become a new human living in a new and revitalized reality system on Planet Earth.”
“The Revival” is the new how-to manual for gaining strength from every challenge and building a great new future on this beautiful planet.
